Private Dining

Chef slicing cheese by candlelight at a private table

The Essentials

Starting from €100 per person — each course chef-curated to the occasion you’re celebrating, from a quiet dinner for two to a table stretching past twenty. Ingredients are chosen the way we’d choose for our own family — hand-picked, authentic, never a shortcut for a lower price.

Wine pairing — available on request, course by course, guided by our sommelier rather than left to guesswork. An authentic Iberian bottle is matched to whatever’s arriving at the table next, so nothing sits alone on the plate.

At ours, or yours — hosted at our table or yours, by arrangement, wherever the evening genuinely belongs. A garçon travels with the table when it does, so the same unhurried care follows you home instead of staying behind in our own dining room.

Just the Two of You

Dinner for Two

The smallest table we set, and often the most intimate one — built around just the two of you, wherever you happen to be gathering, at ours or yours. A server looks after every detail through the evening, pouring, clearing, never intruding, so nothing pulls your attention from each other. Choose the wine pairing, and it’s our sommelier pouring instead, course by course, matching an authentic Iberian bottle, or one of our Austrian-Iberian bridge pairings, to whatever’s arriving next.

2 to 6 Guests

From Two Chairs to Six — Dinner at Home

Small parties gathered around your own table — a few chairs pulled close, or six — private dining at its most relaxed, hosted wherever you happen to be gathering, at ours or yours. A garçon looks after the table throughout the evening, refilling glasses and clearing plates, attentive without ever being obvious about it. Choose the wine pairing, and it’s our sommelier pouring instead, course by course, an authentic Iberian bottle chosen to match whatever’s arriving at the table next.

7 to 20 Guests

Seven to Twenty — When the Table Grows

Once the table grows past six, so does the team behind it — a garçon for every ten guests, keeping the evening every bit as attentive as it would be for two, whatever the size of the celebration turns out to be. Choose the wine pairing, and one of them becomes your sommelier, guiding the whole table through each pour, course by course, an authentic Iberian bottle matched carefully to whatever’s arriving next, the same unhurried care as a table set for only two people.

How It Comes Together

Three conversations, then you sit down

One

Tell us the occasion

A birthday, an anniversary, a retirement, or no occasion at all — just tell us who’s coming and what you’re celebrating.

Two

We build the table together

Ten courses or three, a set menu or entirely your own — shaped around what matters to you, not a script.

Three

You simply arrive

Hosted at our table or yours, by arrangement — everything else is already set before you sit down.
