Our Ancestral Almanac, Ready to Surf
An almanac was never meant to sit closed on a shelf — it was consulted, argued with, passed hand to hand, corners worn from the questions it answered. Ours still works that way: pairing guidance when and where you need it, the story behind where something grew, a recipe or a lesson picked up right where you left it, even the grove or the cellar itself standing right in front of you, an ocean away. We simply taught it to swim a little further — from our table, out to yours.

Guidance for What Goes With What — Our AI Pairing Assistant
Every family has someone who just knows what goes with what — a wine for the jamón, a cheese for the last of the bread, a pairing that took someone a lifetime to trust by instinct. We’re teaching that instinct to our almanac, so the guidance is there the moment you need it, whether you’re standing in our shop or in your own kitchen an ocean away. Not a replacement for asking — just an answer for the nights no one’s around to ask.

The grove where the olives grew, the cellar where the jamón hangs curing — you can’t always stand in front of them yourself, an ocean and a continent away. Our AR & VR Journeys close that distance instead: point your phone at a bottle and watch its story unfold, or step into a cellar in Trás-os-Montes without leaving your living room. The place stays exactly where it is. We just bring the view of it to you.

Everyone in our Circle keeps a copy, and each one adds something to it: a recipe not yet shared, a new name on the pantry shelf, a lesson half-learned, a story worth telling twice.
