Chef teaching students during cooking class

ON DEMAND

Where You Learn to Cook

A good cooking lesson should leave you with more than a full plate. Ours send you home with a dish you can actually repeat, plus whatever story stuck with you about the person who taught it. Bring a friend and turn the afternoon into something worth talking about later. Show up on your own, and you’ll probably know the room better by the time you leave than you expected to.

Where You Learn to Pour

A cocktail worth remembering carries a reason behind it, something a recipe alone won’t quite explain. Our Mixology Classes teach that reasoning first — why this glass, why that garnish — and let the shake and the stir turn into muscle memory soon after. Bring a small group and it turns into its own kind of evening. Show up solo, and you’ll leave knowing your way around a bar cart better than before.

COMING 2026

Where You Learn to Pair

Pairing shouldn’t be a chart you memorize — it should be instinct, the kind that gets built one meal at a time until you stop needing to think about it at all. Our Wine & Food Academy teaches exactly that instinct: how a young Vinho Verde meets grilled sardines, why a Rioja wants something fattier sitting right beside it. Save your seat now — the first cohort opens in 2026.

COMING 2026/27

Where You Learn from Anywhere

Not everyone can stand at our elbow in person, so our Virtual Learning brings the same lesson to wherever you actually are — a kitchen an ocean away from ours, taught with the same patience as if you were standing right beside us. Real technique, guided step by step through a screen, paced to fit whatever your week actually looks like. Save your seat now — the first sessions arrive in 2026/27.

COMING 2027/28

Where Skill Earns Its Name

A craft worth doing is a craft worth proving. Our Professional Credentials will mark the real difference between someone who’s dabbled a little and someone who’s actually earned the name for it — genuine coursework, genuine standards, a certificate worth putting your name on because it was hard enough to get. Save your seat now, well ahead of the 2027/28 opening.

Where Learning Reaches Beyond Us

Story and skill were never meant to stop at our own front door. Our Institutional Partnerships open the very same teaching — cooking, pairing, the history sitting behind both of them — to schools and institutes ready to bring it straight into their own classrooms. We’re already listening for the right ones to work with. Reach out, and let’s build the program together, one classroom at a time.

From Our Almanac to Yours

Consulted, Studied, Kept, Evolved

Our almanac gets consulted, studied, kept, and evolved, corners worn: that’s what a good one is for. It was never meant to sit closed on a shelf. Everyone in our Circle keeps a copy, and each one adds something to it: a recipe not yet shared, a new name on the pantry shelf, a lesson half-learned, a story worth telling twice. Yours reaches you wherever you already are, in an inbox, the site, any gateway our Circle keeps open, and waits there the same way: yours to keep, and eventually, yours to evolve too.

ON-GOING

Where Recipes Keep Growing

A recipe never really finishes — it just gets handed to the next person, who adds their own small correction along the way. Our Recipe Library keeps growing the same way: dishes from our own table, notes from the people who’ve cooked them since, each one honest about where it came from and what changed. New additions arrive as our own kitchen keeps teaching us something.
