Mehrere gefüllte Tapas-Schalen in einer Tapas-Bar

A table just for you doesn’t mean a smaller version of the room — it means the room disappears, and it’s simply your family, your closest friends, or the people you’re celebrating, gathered around a table set the way our ancestors set theirs: course by course, wine chosen to match, nothing rushed. Ten courses or three, paired with an authentic Iberian bottle, or one of our Austrian-Iberian bridge pairings — Rioja beside Zweigelt, Port beside Blaufränkisch — the pace is yours, not a clock’s.

Some celebrations are easier lived at home than out — an anniversary, a milestone, a reunion that only really works around your own table. So we bring ours to you: a full Iberian menu, hand-picked ingredients, the same seventy parts tradition to thirty parts Alpine curiosity as our own kitchen, cooked and served wherever you’re gathering. Ask for a jamón carved right at your table, or a paella finished in front of your guests — theatre we’re glad to bring along.

Soon, there will be a room for this: a dinner table set every night, tapas passed hand to hand, a champion-led cocktail bar pouring Iberian botanicals, and a wine list that bridges two countries at once — Vinho Verde beside Grüner Veltliner, Rioja beside Zweigelt, Port beside Blaufränkisch. The kitchen will hold seventy parts tradition to thirty parts Alpine curiosity: bacalhau and pulpo a la gallega, authentic to Iberia, alongside an Alpine-Paella and a Käse-Spätzle à Portuguesa, born from where we’ve landed.

The same table, told a little faster. A working lunch pulled from the same authentic Iberian pantry as our evening menu — soup, a sandwich built the Iberian way, or a smaller plate that still tastes hand-picked — sized for someone who needs to be back at their desk by two, not someone with all night to give us. A shared plate still finds its way to the middle when there’s time for it, because even a faster table deserves to feel like ours, courses and all.

Not every table has four legs and a roof over it. Ours rolls into markets and street corners across Vorarlberg and Lake Constance, tapas and hand-picked treasures within arm’s reach of wherever you already are — no reservation, no waiting for an invitation. A folding chair works just as well as a dining chair, and a paper napkin holds the same jamón we’d slice at our own table — the sala de estar simply learns to travel a little further, market to market, corner to corner.
